Secret Santa Name Picker is a program which automatically selects partners from a list of email participants and then notifies each one via email as to who their partner is. The program is very easy to use, simply select the participants from your email personal address book (PAB), and then select the 'Calculate and Send' button to notify each participant of whom they are a Secret Santa for. This is all done anonymously without you knowing who has who. Because the selection process is done using your email personal address book there is no time consuming typing in of names or correct email addresses. Exclusions can be set for participants whom should not draw each other, for example, allow spouses to exclude each other in the drawing. The program also features a 'Calculate & View' button which allows you to test the drawing of participantsor use the program without email notification.Requires the VB 5.0 Runtimes. |
